Q ; “What’s the difference between me and the rest of female DJs out there?”
A ; “I didn’t start my DJ career with sexy outfits, breast enlargement surgery, and the list go on. No offence to the female DJs who choose that. My focus is more into learning music, learning DJ-ing like back in the old days where you can’t fake the Funk.

XA’s (pronounce as "Za") career took off in early 2014 after being inspired by a few Top Local DJ’s. Under the guidance of the late DJ Nesh, one of the Top 10 turntablist in Malaysia, she furthered her learning into advance level from Basement DJ Academy under the supervision of DJ T-Bone & DJ CZA. Don’t let this petite DJ fool you, she has not only performed at local clubs/bars and events, she has also done International gigs as well. Her set is a mixture of flavor as she believes there needs to be a balance between non-commercial hits and commercial hits. Seeking to educate the masses with her music, her passion for DJ-ing has pushed her to greater heights and helped her to grow as well. She believes the key to be a better DJ is to never stop learning. So you can always expect something new and exciting from XA!
